The Beauty Diet , What to feed your Hair and Skin

So much thought has gone into this topic . Nutrition is another passion of mine . I have read countless books on reversing the Aging process . Beautiful skin truly starts from the inside out ( for most of us... anyway ) It doesn't matter how well you care for your skin with beauty product's if you're not eating right!!! Living a healthy lifestyle will improve your skins health and appearance. This includes a tobacco free lifestyle, Sorry smokers -Hmmm like I am one to talk-Luckily wine is a beauty food (Red Wine Polyphenols RWP - compounds derived from grape tannins and anthocyanin pigments that belong to the most powerful antioxidants in the world) But really the foods listed below are from one of my favorite Anti- Aging Authors Dr. Perricone . I am a loyal reader (and user of his skin care line too) Eating " Super Foods " are essential to maintaining beautiful skin tone and color as well keeping your hair shiny and strong. Eating more dark chocolate can help lower blood presure and it's a is a potent antioxidant- But you have to watch out for the extra calories
