How to deflate puffy eyes

Apply cool tea bags, an ice cube wrapped in soft cloth, or cucumber slices to your eyes. The tannin in tea bags has been shown to reduce swelling and discoloration, and cucumber slices have long been used to reduce puffiness and refresh the appearance of skin around the eyes. Lie down, preferably in the morning, and leave fresh cucumber slices or cool, damp caffeinated tea bags (you can refrigerate them overnight so they’ll be ready) over your eyes for about 10-15 minutes.

Also ,try to Rinse your face in cold water when you wake up or when puffy eyes attack anytime of the day to constrict blood vessels and reduce swelling. This a great energizer. And remember drink enough water !Drinking water will also reduce eye puffiness.

When a person is dehydrated the body starts storing water as a defense system and this will add to puffiness around the eyes. If you continually have eye puffiness go see your doctor . You could be having symptoms of sinusitis or allergies .

I love this post !!! I do the cucumber thing on my eye's before I go out on the weekend, It works again in the morning if you are tierd or if you had to much to drink !
